Fullscreen: Almost 200 views- 0,01 $ and CPM is almost 3$!

So im a new Fullscreen partner and i dont use an Adsense account.
I have many videos with 100-200 views but i rarely get 0,0x and most of the times i get nothing.
I have 13.000 views on my channel but only 0,45$!
I have CPM almost 3$ so i should have 39$!
I know that not all views are monetized, but id like to know if it exists a method to make more monetized views per 100 views.

Roughly about 50% of views are monetized and even then there's a lot of factors at play to decide how much you actually earn (certain ads pay more etc...).

take exemple me: i got a video with 280k views but only 92k of them got monetized.

And why are my views only 0,5% monetized?
How can ibmake that 50% of the views are monetized?

you dont decide how much views you monetize, its done all alone ... trust me Adblock is killing this ..
