I have a question (sorry if this is in the wrong section) about uploading full length videos (over the 15 minute basic).
I had this ability once, and due to a video of mine being taken down, I lost this privilege. I was never able to contact anyone as to why my video was deleted nor was any reason given other than that it violated community guidelines. OK, I understand that...
What I want to know, is how long do I have to wait before I can regain the full video right again? It has been about 6 months and since then, I have not had a strike against my account. Can someone please let me know how long one has to wait, or who to contact to get this ability reinstated?

First, welcome to the forums!

Second of all, you can go to your setting for videos about 15 minutes and try to see if you can enable it again. If you already tried that, I don't know what to tell you.
 
Usually when YouTube disables a feature, you will not get it back unless you partner with a network. Is your channel in good standing?

Thank you both for replying... yes my account is in good standing... here is a screen shot of my settings page..
