Free video editors?

I would like some good quality video editors for my vlog channel.

I'd recommend VideoPad Video Editor. I recently got it and I use the demo version but it's got great features demo or not.

I haven't read anywhere nor seen aything saying there's a certain time, I think it's just certain features

I use LightWorks for my vlogs. It's probably the best professional looking free editing software out there. If you don't have the money or just don't want to commit to buying a professional software, like me, this will work just fine. There is a little bit of a learning curve to it, but I just watched YouTube tutorials whenever I needed to know how to do something.
