Nah a 13 yr old will not be able to buy servers unless they persuade there parents to pay 1000's of pounds

You'd be surprised how cheap it is to set up a server company like that, just need to start with a small dedicated or reseller package.
Mindcrack is a vanilla whitelisted server, so that's what you mean?
