Request [FREE] logo/profile picture templates for YouTube/Twitter/Twitch

Hi Everyone, i am hoping someone may be able to help me out, after years of telling myself i was going to start YouTube I've finally decided to give it a shot. I've got the capture card and I've got the editing software however i do not have Photoshop and that is where my problems lies as i am currently unable to design myself a profile picture/logo for my YouTube account and twitter, i was wondering if anyone had any templates i could use as a starting point to help me along. any help would be much appreciated.

Hey I'm starting a YouTube channel as well and for the logo a lot of youtubers use picky monkey and they have video on YouTube u should check it out
