Just want to add to my feedback,

This guy does great work. All the channel art on my page now is from him sans a few thumbnails which we are working on getting updated too. I highly recommend him as he's very reliable, and passionate about what he does.
 
Here are some examples of work he has done for me. I'm not getting free work by promoting, I just love FlashToro's style and am using him for everything on my channel now. Wish I could hire him full time but I can't afford to just yet, haha.
