It depends on the video. Like for a playthrough, that'd be fine. But if you are making the video about a certain boos or weapon or something, you might want to include a picture of that boss/weapon.[DOUBLEPOST=1368916235][/DOUBLEPOST]

Hey, thank you so much from me and everyone else here for your help and making these amazing thumbnails!

If you could, I'd like a thumbnail that includes GTA San Andreas and Dayz. Like with the elements of GTA San Andreas mixed with zombies like in Dayz.

You don't necessarily need them, but I think it makes videos look more professional. For me, I enjoy editing in Photoshop, so I figured I could take advantage of that for myself and some of the other YTTalk gamers' videos. Also, a lot of the time the thumbnail that YouTube defaults to for my videos isn't one that I want to use.

thats cool i dont know how to do much of anything just started making videos dont even have a Channel Trailer yet

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend getting caught up in thumbnails until you've been making videos for a while and sorta know what you're doing and are used to the whole process, then you can focus on the extra details like thumbnails.
