Hello, do you make a design for YouTube channel? I have grandiose plans for this platform and I would like everything to be in the best way.

You really are going to have to be much more specific.
Design of what? logo, header, thumbnails, other stuff?

The design of such things needs to be consistent with the channel content.
eg you wouldn't use a techno font for a knitting channel etc.
A designer needs as much info as possible to make a design suitable for your needs.
