Your socialblade gives you a C- grade.
After reviewing your socialblade stats, I can assume your subscriber growth is poor, and your CPM is standard. Your top video has 3500 views which constitutes for about 59% of your channels views from one video. I would keep an eye on this video to see the view watch time. If it's over 40% you might want to think about it's content and make more.
First Impression - My first impression is that this is a well put together minecraft channel. I feel like possibly your channels name is a bit long, however there are alot of big channels with different names and sizes so this isn't a big issue. Your channel art is of the right proportions, but the left character is not recognizable. We'll dive more into this below. Scrolling through to the bottom it looks as if you have content and the channel is active.
There are some branding issues and we'll talk about them below.
Final impression, this is a newer minecraft channel and could use more personality and overall cohesiveness.
Fixes -
The playlist area is alright and could use some work. You have reviews on your channel and you'll need to create more playlists. Also keep your newest content bar first, this will help drive new views.
Your channels content is a bit chaotic and could use some organization. Your 8 most recent videos have nothing in common except a chroma key test. As a subscriber to your channel, id be worried that perhaps your channel is too broad, and the reason I subscribed to your channel will no longer present it's self in later content. You can solve this by either focusing on a single type of video or content. You can also solve this by creating days where certain content is created. For example (Review Fridays, or Let's play Wednesdays) This will allow your viewers to understand you partake in more then just minecraft lets play and it will give your subscribers more security that it's just not a day you'll be doing their favorite type of content. Make sure to keep your game audio lower then your commentary. Some parts are a bit to hard to hear your voice when the games volume is loud.
Your channels theme is good, your about section decent could use more social network links, and proper spelling. Google uses your words as keywords so make sure they are spelled correctly for the search engine. Ello should be Hello. Example. In this section you'll be putting up a schedule also of when you release your content if you decide to organize your broad content.
Your channels branding - Needs some work. The only two cohesive items are your banner and avatar. You'll have to work that brand into your videos some how. Currently your videos intro, doesn't match your content, and could be use as a intro to any genre of content. Your outro also needs to reflect your channels brand and will have to be recreated. Your banner could use better font choice, it's a bit hard to read your topics with the image being white on white, put a stroke around them like you did your main page name. Also the left character is looking into space and needs to face the viewer. Other then that it's great.
Thumbnails need work. You should look into graphic design and learning a bit more about layout and space within your artboard. Your text is too small, and images don't reflect what you want to show your viewer.
Your viewers comments are positive. However I notice some spammers, you can control the spammers by adding blocked context or words under your video manager > community > comment settings. Make sure you blacklist everything you don't want people saying in your channel. Including negative comments, profanity, and other small words like, subscribe, subscribing, my video, my channel. Etc.. You should also delete negative comments that are not productive or hateful.
Your overall subscriber interactions are lacking. They don't have any reason or call to action to make any comments and all comments on the videos are organic. Let your viewers know you'd like to hear what they think etc..
Your contents descriptions, and annotations need work. Your titles are fine. The descriptions lack keywords, redirects, and call to actions. Give some other information about your content such as a wikireview. Make sure you source your text. Also your annotations need to be created in your videos. Your outro is missing annotations, even on your main featured video. Also make sure your annotations aren't overlapping into other sections of your video. I've seen a few examples of this on some of your videos. Make sure they come on at the right time.
I'm going to recommend completing the creators academy. Link below.

Also you need to advertise your channel, from your subscriber growth I can tell that's not happening at all. Join forums, social media groups, talk to other youtubers and just get more involved and ask them to check out your channel. This will help you tremendously.
Overall, your channel is on it's way and I can see you are a great commentator and have a grasp on making great content. Keep up the work and your channel will be very nice. I really feel like the creator academy will help and with a little more graphic design skills you'll have awesome channel.
