Fraps Volume Issue, Help?

You really should start recording the game and the vocal track separately. Use a free program like Audacity for now to record the microphone and FRAPS for the game audio. Then when you go to edit the video you have complete control over the volume of each.

Recording both together inside FRAPS means you can't fix problems after you're done recording which is bad form.
