Yo, It's not me who compiled the reviews, alright? I'm just trying to guess why they did it, because I'm pretty sure they had access to Premiere, and they know that it's the most popular one, so there must have been a reason. The only thing that I can think of is the price, that's it. Because it's way above the Power Director.

Granted, I don't really care. I was just curious as well why PD is at number one place.

Rofls....

You were the one who first linked the site. Don't link bias sites if you don't want others to make an opinion based off of that link.
Or at least do your research before saying things like "These guys are very accurate with their rating most of the time."

I'm was simply making conversation and expressing my opinion, no need to feel attacked.

I was talking about you saying that they are overpriced. They are NOT overpriced at all for the tools they provide. If anything, I think they could charge more.
I was commenting about how Adobe has changed their subscription plans, it is now affordable, and I'm surprised that people don't take that into account on sites like these...

Which leads me to believe that this site is rigged, bias and paid for by the top choices or their affiliates.

Back to recording software. Fraps interacts with the game while Bandicam records your screen. This does mean that Fraps hogs resources, but it's nice for games, as stuff like tabbing out doesn't change program in the vid. Just don't expect to upload the raw Fraps footage. That would take days...

For me its FRAPS, having 2 terabyte hardrives works wonders, since FRAPS lives off one and all my actual games lives on the other. I am seriously looking to get a 3rd drive and SSD it just for recording.

When you record InGame just juse Fraps :D
Easy to use, smooth recording, FPS + Mic everything you need!

Good computer (More than 3GBs of RAM), good Hard drive (1TB or higher) and I'd say FRAPS.

I have both Bandicam and FRAPS, I tend to use Bandicam more as it's a quick-open-and-use thing.

I voted fraps already but I've since switched to Bandicam. Quality levels are comparable and I like the smaller file size and additional audio options that Bandicam offers.

Dxtory seems to be the way to go if you want more options regarding audio channels, it's also recommended as the way to go for slower paced games such as RPG's and such, while FRAPS is recommended more for faster paced things like CoD or Battlefield.

With working on a mac though, I use Screenflow.
