Format for the big screen?

Hi everyone, hope you all are well :)

I am entering a cycling short film competition, I am putting together a short film using some clips I shot while out on my bike yesterday and the day before. The prize of the competition is to have your film shown at a cycling film festival. Not to be getting ahead of myself (especially as I'm using movie maker) but what format is the best to save in for a big screen?

Thanks :)

My settings are normally 16:9 with at least 30FPS. For a big screen you will want 1080p quality at a minimum. My GoPro ski video looks amazing even on our big a** TV with similar settings but at 60FPS.

Thank you both for your advice, how would I create those settings with this box in the attached screenshot? I can see how I would get the frames per second but not sure how to get the ratio or the 1080p.
