Forela Digital: I want out Please help!

First of all, let me clarify some things here:

1) Forela Digital CANNOT access your paypal account, they simply ask for your paypal email. This is where the money made from your YouTube channel is paid. It seems a bit odd to me that you are saying that they have hacked you and have access to your account and have free will to spend as they please.

2) Forela Digital have over 1,200 partners within 5 months, with some very large channels. If they were a scam, why would people partner up with them?

3) It's funny considering how recently there has been many there has been many threads recently bashing ForelaDigital which the CEO resolves within a matter of minutes. Most of these threads have also been trolls too. There has also been a number of fake people impersonating Forela staff.

4) You signed a legal contract, you are locked-in until the period of that contract is over.

5) Your channel is very small and you gain less than 10 views on most videos. You wouldn't be making much money from your channel at all at this size.

Ok,a helpful guy, first off I didnt sign a contract with them, youtube sent me an invitation to join Forela and that is what I did that's it, it just linked my account, no contract was signed, I was given an email, just to fill out for the partner dashboard, a email stating that I'm linked to them with 841 views something along those lines and that is all I can recall, I don't remember signing a contract and if I did it would of showed up in my email, I'm not a troll I don't know why you call people that when I'm dealing with a situation that is very serious because it's something that I want resolved and unfortuneatly your not professional with how your handling it because you just call people trolls, looking at my email right now still NO contract! Only contracts I can find but was denied to because I didn't have quality yet is fullscreen, and acifin, and N4gtv. No recollection of other contacts unfortunately, I even talked to my dad about it and he didn't get any email, he doesn't delete emails because I searched contract in his gmail and nothing relating to Forela. There is nothing under my name that I did agree to this. Guys right now the way I'm being treated right now is not funny, I'm trying to have a conversation and I thought you guys would be able to help me since I can't get in contact with Forela because there support service hasn't emailed back. I Care for my subscribers and I will continue to fight If I have to regain my channel back into an independent state, I don't trust networks anymore tbh. You guys don't make me feel welcomed at all I feel like I'm a joke when I'm not. Cut it out and be serious with me, I grew this channel up and I don't care if you hate my channel, all people are not perfect and I guess you can't fill anybody's cup of tea but I don't care it my way, it's my channel and I want to have it my way, I'm not deleting my account just because of this network. NOW for the last time be serious with me and tell me what I should do!

So basically you are locked in. When you filled out the application to join Forela there was as contract at the bottom of that page that you agreed to. There is nothing really you can do. Forela provides great support and I would be happy to help answer your questions and send you in the right direction. Feel free to add me on Skype at (fish.charlie). 1. The contract is not always sent to you via email. It can be on their site, their terms of service when linking accounts, emails, etc. When you are considering partnering with a network you can't just go around clicking and typing your name into things and expecting everything to be all hunky-dory.

2. People are calling you a troll because you sound like one (not trying to be mean). You have literally broke every rule in the book. IE: Not reading contracts or TOS, partnering with someone you didn't research, etc.

3. Your earnings are probably decreasing because on your analytics it is set as the default for "last 30 days." If you keep moving forward and getting less views than the days before, your earnings for the last 30 days will decrease.

4. According to the guy above, they have a $1 threshold. It is ONE DOLLAR. If you cannot reach a $1 threshold then you shouldn't be complaining about monetization.

5. Talking to your dad or anyone else is not going to help the situation. You signed a legally binding contract (as others have stated) and you will be required by law to adhere to the contract.

6. What can you do? The only way out is contacting them to let you out, but the decision is still solely up to them as they have not broken any agreement within the contract. OR you can start a new channel.

Did you guys manage to get out of these YouTube networks? Mr Kamran Sankey is at it again - I have reported him to his hosting company today but not sure if they will do anything. They are "stealing" so much money from YouTubers and I don't know how YouTube can allow this BS!

Rofl, Forela... They've been known to scam people for a while now, I mean, I'm pretty sure their founder is the biggest thief on YouTube to this day.
