For the first time ever

I Love YTtalk
Hey guys. So for the first time ever, I actually need some help staying motivated. I say this all the time but if you're doing this for the numbers, unfortunately, you're not doing YouTube correctly. However, more recently I've been losing a bit of subscribers. I know that the whole "YT clean out" thing is happening right now and honestly that's fine. At least I know who's watching me and if you HONESTLY think YouTube can afford to have all the accounts that were made to comment on one video and never used again with all the new people joining everday, you're crazy.
However, the only reason it's hitting me harder today is because recently I've been ESPECIALLY proud of all the videos I've been making and it seems like the more proud I, PERSONALLY, am of the video the more people unsubscribe. I'm sure those two are completely unrelated but it's just been a rough day. What I'm basically asking is, do you guys ever feel a lack of motivation (even if it's a temporary one like mine) and if so how do you guys deal with it?

Sorry for the super gloomy post BTW. I promise I'm usually a lot more upbeat lol.

Make a milkshake. It'll bring all the subs to the yard.

Eh... I don't know man. I guess just try and focus on a goal, and try your hardest to get there before a certain time. Set a goal for Christmas, let's say. You now have 6 months to make it there. You've gotta promote as much as possible, and pour your heart into every video you make, like I'm sure you've already been doing.

If that doesn't work, come on over to my place. I've got UNO cards and a whole case of bonbons.

You got UNO?! I'll be there. B**ches love UNO. (I don't know if I can curse on here so yeah) :P

You have to remember why you started making videos in first place. You enjoy it, it makes you feel happy and warm inside :) Do it for yourself not for the numbers!

When I get upset about progress, I just go out to some parks, watch the birds and ducks and try to forget about it. It also helps get creative juices flowing again. Mine is a new channel so progress is a bit slow, and no matter how much I like making videos, the aim is helping others, so if I can't accomplish my goals, I do get sad. There really isn't any solution to that though, so best thing is doing something different until I feel better about it.

Well hey there James. I say keep making the videos that you enjoy because when you look back on them you will be happy. There is no point of making videos that will please people now only for them to leave if they don't like a video that you believe in. If you keep making the videos you enjoy soon enough you will get subs who enjoy that that of content. Now I think what I said makes sense but I'm not sure because it late.

SCOTTTTTTT OMG. Sup kiddo? :PPP

And thanks for all the comments guys! :)

I personally went through this a few months ago. The best thing for me to do was to take a break. I didn't want to produce content that I wasn't 99% satisfied with. I felt it wasn't fair to me or my subscribers.
