For different topics, do you need different YouTube Channels?

Hey, I have a YouTube Channel that revolves around gaming. I was planning to create a few 'How To' videos as well. Should I create a new YouTube Channel? If you want a better understanding of what my channel is all about, do check it out.
 
If it's how to videos for games aka gaming tutorials I would use the same channel, but if it's for something completely different, "how to tie a tie" I would use different channels.
 
I think Playlists will suffice if it's more of a general personality type channel (like a vlog channel for example), but keep in mind, too broad an audience can be a bad thing, so separating channels will be better if the topics are aimed at specific/niche audiences. Edit: should have added, in your case, being a gaming channel, playlists are better. Separating your channels will spread your audience too much.
