football highlights videos 3rd party content problem

I record football highlights(include goal video, skills video and etc.) from live match and upload to my own account. After a period of time youtube detect third party content on my videos. But on other videos (uploaded youtube by other users) (same goal/skill video) which views is almost around of 1 million view don't affected of this youtube block. How can I solve this problem ?
 
Imagine this , just because you see someone rob a store and get away with it doesn't mean it's ok and you can do it too.

But often they do also get caught, probably 49/50 times.
Check back in a month and the channel with most likely have been taken down.

It's copyright, it's illegal, it can fetch fines of up to 350,000$ for an individual in the USA :/
