Yo!

New to YouTube and new to editing! Would love some feedback on my editing and any advice on how to make the quality appear higher! I'm using a Nikon Coolpix p7800 as the camera and Sony Vegas Pro 13 for editing software, but I'm still getting slight problems with the quality. Any advice is truly appreciated! You can see the video if you hit the channel link below (:

Thanks in advance!

I like your videos. What problems are you having with quality?

Thanks a bunch! I guess I've just been watching a lot of larger channels and of course I can't expect my quality to be on par with their's, I just got ahead of myself haha!

I've always dreamt to be fit :)) can you give me tips for beginners?

Absolutely! What would be good to focus on as a beginner (which is something I wished I focused on more when starting out) is getting your diet in check (: it's the hardest thing but the most important aspect! If your goal is weight loss then consume less sugary carbs and calories, if your goal is to perform, then increase your complex carbs (sweet potato, vegetables, pays for example). Just some things to consider! Hope that helps a little, I will definitely be covering more on these topics on my channel (:

Diet literally controls your training, so diet/nutrition first (;
