I was just wondering if we do get that threshold money or not. what I got from what you said is, no we don't, right?

There's no hold on any money once you meet the threshold, it should all be sent via check or whatever payment method you have set up.

My assumption (without much evidence for it, reader beware) is that the threshold may not apply for those who set up direct deposit to a bank account (which I'm pretty sure is only available to US accounts).
