I find that logging on my mobile phone or ipad to gives me true search results without my account influencing it.

youtube is like google search, it will tailor it to you. you need to log on a separate computer, without being logged in to get true search results with no outside influence.
i often see my own videos a lot, when im logged in, but on a random other place, like the TV downstairs, its harder to find my vids XD

This is a really good point here. Another way to do this is to just open up a private/incognito internet browser and that will be like doing it from a different computer.
