We started our daily vlog channel 3 months ago.
With any new channel I like to set up a document with my future predictions. We evaluate where we'd like to be in 3 months, 6 months and a year. These are reasonable expectations, but still something we have to work towards. Obviously some find growth much quicker than others, but some have to build slow and steady. With hosting a daily vlog channel I feel that it is especially hard to take off and you have to work and build slowly since you aren't working in a certain niche that has tons of viewers.
Needless to say 3 months ago I typed that
"By the 3 month mark I expect us to fully figure out our channel and start working it to our advantage. We will have started to build a dedicated viewer base.
Estimated Numbers
500 Subscribers
20,000 Views"
As of today we are at 508 subscribers and still growing.
Our views are roughly 18,000 but I have no doubt we can get to 20,000 before month 3 is over.
I know these numbers aren't huge but it is exciting to know that 500 people are interested in our lives enough to subscribe. So thank you to everyone on this forum that has helped us, worked with us and continue to grow with us.
Lastly I encourage you to evaluate your channel, put together some future goals for your channel. Whether it be numbers or general statements. It gives you something to work towards and help you start developing a business plan with what you want to do. Even with older channels it doesn't hurt to plan for the future.
Take care everyone and see you in 3 months when we hit our next goal. =)
