I would reinstall flash and uninstall Firefox completely including all addons, data etc although you could lose your bookmarks and its best to back them up and then reinstall Firefox, all is well on my end.
there is a simple command line you can use in the command prompt to erase everything that has to do with firefox, so you don't have to go hunting for obscure things

I just installed the new firefox beta earlier and it was still having the problem but now it seems the problem went away so i will try these if it comes back. Thanks!
