Finding your voice

I imagine for some people (maybe most??) this comes easy.
You put up your first video or 2, it clicks and you have your style that you carry on with you.

But maybe your like me. Maybe you put up some videos, with different approaches and styles and content.
In the beginning it is a little 'all over the place' but over time a pattern emerges and you settle into it.

My most recent video has elements of most things I have tried before, I have kept the good and cut the bad.
I got more ruthless with cutting the fat (even now I could be a bit more ruthless in truth).
This journey of learning to produce a video, and trial and error have really started to show promise.

This new video has generated more views and more subscribers in under a week than any thing else I have made.

If you are feeling stagnant or that you have stalled try something new, keep the popular bits and try find your voice. Have fun with it and you will find a unique formula that you enjoy and others will take notice of that.

I feel like I have some kind of style but on the other hand I just try to do my best during every video and updating my style or editing technique's to my best ability at the time. So I think of my video's as a growing brand becoming more personal every time!

Good video and I am a laid-back person and some times have a bad speak pattern. I am currently working on it.

For sure when I started I was a lot quieter, and was trying to be something, whereas now, I'm just myself, and for sure I'm liking it a lot more now and the feedback I get, is always good which is a great thing :p

Yep good point. Its always evolving isnt it.
There was another good point in an earlier post about 'trying to be something' when you first start. This is true as well. When I first started it was like I was playing a character of sorts, now it has evolved to be closer to me which is good.
