I don't really consider negative comments to be "trolls."
Sometimes they actually have legitimate criticism. If someone posts a suggestion as to what I should do in the future, I'll probably listen to them.
However, if they call you names or make ad hominem attack, then yes, they are trolls.
I only say this because it seems like a lot of people just think that anyone that dislikes their video is a troll. However, seeing as though they called you fat and ugly, I assume they actually are trolls.
