Finally comfortable with my videos!

So! If any of you have been watching my videos so far, you might of noticed my commentaries have been a bit slow and awkward. This was kinda my "returning to youtube and im not to sure if this is going to work" phase, and now, after seeing a mass amount of support on twitter and skype I've finally broken that barrier and I feel so comfortable making videos again! It's amazing! :D It doesn't help this is my first time making these videos with my dad around, but he doesn't seem to care. I simply stuff a blanket under the door which blocks MOST of the noise, and it's fine! :D

I just did a new video, and I can safely say I enjoyed listening to MYSELF! This is just me boosting my own ego but I'm finally happy with this. c: yaaay for me.

Do you guys know what this feels like?

Yeah, I had the same feeling kind of, but I wear noise cancelling headsets to try and forget my roomates(parents) are home. It's good when the confidence flows out. Also on a side note, the video in your channel trailer is probably the first Minecraft video (that wasn't a tutorial I needed) I have ever watched until the end.

Its good to find your place of comfort. Most find it easier to find than others. For people like me I keep this thought in mind "Im not going to get beat up over my youtube videos, and verbal abuse by some I can handle" so then I make the video!

Yep, I lack a lot of interest in the game and most people I've seen recording it usually have fairly poor quality for audio, either too quiet or too way too loud (crackling audio s***s me up the walls), or not commentating for long periods. Keep up the good work.

Oh man.. I hate that s**t. I feel pretty blessed, for a fairly simple and cheap setup, I think my quality is fairly good. I don't think my channel would be as good if I wasn't a designer..

I'm purchasing a proper microphone soon too, so audio quality will be grand. :) Just have to raise the funds somehow.

Yeah, I know that feeling all too well mate, I still have issues thinking what to say and keeping the flow going without slowing down and getting awkward when I'm on my own...let alone when someone else is in the house while I'm recording haha.

Its great to hear you are comfortable doing videos again mate, good luck with your channel and really liked your thumbnails btw.
