Final Cut Pro X vs Adobe Premiere CC Exporting

OK so recently I tried the 30 day trial of Adobe Premiere and I really like it compared to FCPX however I'm having some trouble with the exporting settings. When I use FCPX I export as a master file and select h.264 and it comes out with the max quality (60fps at around 25Mbps) and it takes about 8-9 minutes to render the 15-20 minute video. When using Premiere the final result is the same (file size, bitrate etc) but it takes around 40-45 minutes to render. Not exactly the best explanation I'm just wondering if anyone who has used both applications has noticed this?
 
When you select h.264, what do you select in the list below. Also are you using Premiere itself or Adobe Media Encoder?
 
Are you using Windows or Mac?

If you have an Nvidia card you show render using CUDA.

Plus you never really need 25mbps :') youtube only accepts around 8..
 
In premiere I select avchd > 1080p 60fps and select x264 high quality. I'm on a Mac and using premiere itself and not Adobe media encoder.
 
Go to export > Media > Format h.254 > Preset Vimeo 1080p 29.97 > Either hit queue or Export

OK so I didn't have it installed, just installed it and it still takes around 40 minutes. I think thats normal to render that type of video and maybe the problem is final cut. I'm hoping if I do it correctly in Adobe Premiere then maybe it will take less time for youtube to process it after upload because the file is already correct. When uploading to youtube it takes twice as long to process than it did to upload.

It shouldn't take that long at all.
 
It took over 1 hour to do a 15 minute video, however it took almost no time at all for youtube to process.

Spec:
Mac Mini late 2012
Intel core i7 2.3Ghz
10GB RAM

think it's time to invest in a Windows Desktop
