Filming a Frozen event today....please help

Our library has a big Frozen event today and I was thinking of filming my little Elsa for her channel....the question I have is.......Is it ok that other kids will be in it obviously without permission? Sometimes you see videos like this and no one is blurred out, then sometimes you see a video of an event or something that some faces are blurred. Any legalities if I film and post on youtube?

if its personnel its safe and you get all rights, if you monetization then you cant do it because of 3 things Frozen song (disney never allows their music to be use for money), elsa is copyright by disney as well and youtube will mistaken it has copyright.

also let it go the song is 7 months old.

You technically need release forms from everyone in the video, doubt anyone will ask but if someone sees the video and gets pissy because they/their kids are in it, it can be a bit of trouble.
