You shouldn't be choosing people based on gender, you should be choosing them based on personality and humor. I'm not saying you can't want 5 girls in your group, but you're basically recruiting them for the specific reason that they're female...

Though you'd never say it, I'm sure if you had five girls that had great personalities, with weight problems and deep voices, you wouldn't want them.
