Feeling lost. Which route do I take?

I am always open to improvements and growing my channel, I mean who isn't? However over the last couple of days I have been taking my time with YouTube a lot more and I have started changing certain things like the thumbnails and the editing. However, my channel still feels bear, as though something is missing. So I would invite you all to come and rip apart my channel. Tell me what's good and what is bad. I don't bite


If you have a spare couple of moments just stroll on by and tell me what could be changed/updated or even get rid of entirely.
