Yo! Hiya! I've been posting weekly (every Wednesday) for a few months and have had this channel since 2011.
My sub/view count isn't growing as fast, or at all really. Am I going about promoting my channel the wrong way? Is it the content? What do you guys think?
What's the best way to get your channel out there and gain new audience?
 
When I searched youtube I found the youtube channel ZMG, and I'm assuming that's it( Correct me if I'm wrong)

I've only got 30 subs so take this with a grain of salt

I just watched the field day video, and it's a lot better than most things I come across on youtube. I think the video itself is fine.
There is the problem of having no profile picture, its just coming up as a z for me (Branding is the first thing most people will look at).
There is also the title, I think that needs more work (Think like " Field day with *******, We did what?" try something to really draw people in).
Tags might also be a big part, make sure you have good ones.

Other than that I don't know much about advertising a channel
