Feedback on Second Video?

Hey guys,
So I just posted my second YouTube video, and was wondering if anyone could give me feedback? This is the first video where I have done skits and cloning (which I know doesn't look the best but it is my first time) so I was wondering if I could get feedback on that too.

Well you're doing it good overall. But a few things i need to say.
The first thing that's quite obvious actually is that the video doesn't run smooth especially in the beginning. But maybe that's be best shot you can get right now then we can't change that.

now the second thing is; (and please I'm not trying to be rude or something)... is there any way you can speak clearer?

but I think you're doing good. you realy try your best and at least I feel you really enjoy making these vids :)

Thanks for the feedback :) I edit my videos with Camtasia Studio and that lags alot so that may be why it doesn't run smooth, I also can only go up to 720p on my camera otherwise it lags.
Also about the speech, (and you're not being rude at all :P) I have Dyspraxia, which causes slight problems with my speech, so that may be why I don't sound clear in some places.

Hey well first things first I would suggest getting a new microphone, I use the Blue snowball, its brilliant mic for a decent price, Next I would suggest using obs to record videos and sony vegas to edit them, OBS is an all around great recording software and sony vegas is just a brilliant editing software :), Anyway good second video and good luck :)
