Hey so I was wondering if this video is effective and good, despite its short length. I'm also always open to ideas about how I could improve in general. Thanks for your time!

Good audio, always a good sign. Nice opening, really captured my attention but maybe instead of the subscribe write your channel name in the opening or something like that 
(altough I know that it actually increases subs)
Maybe add the game's name in the title or somewhere? The video wasn't what I was actually hoping for, buuut I loved it. I get you man, your editing is good, your video is good, commentary good, it's just that you'd think that you can get lots of subs if you make good content but that's not the case anymore. I kinda feel for you. I don't know how to help you, struggling with that myself.
You just need to make something now that can appeal to a wider audience, something clickbaitier.
UPDATE: holy s**t, just noticed but your voice only comes from the left speaker for me, altough the music comes from both, should fix that.

???I thought I fixed that speaker thing. I know it was a problem in previous videos. The voice was quieter in one ear... is that it? I think I have no subs cause in the past I lacked consistency which is something I am working on. Also the subscribe thing in the beginning was supposed to be a joke that the video was over but I guess I didn't make it deliberate enough. Great video dude i like it but u are alittle quite compared to music but other than that u sound clear and i gave u a sub becasue i like the content
