Feedback for new ThumbNail

Hi All

this is going to be our new thumbnail for Twitter / YouTube / Everything else int he whole wide world, just made it this afternoon and looking for feedback, I know its not going to be perfect, and will have plenty of flaws, but Im happy with it, and was wondering what you guys though of it.

Any and all feedback will be welcomed, I will take all onboard when I come to make my next one.
