Feedback for new channel

Hi guys, just started YouTube and really enjoying it so far.
But everything seems to be going slow, not getting as much views and subs as I wished.
Just wondering if you can look at my channel and give me some feedback to what I'm doing right and wrong

Only want to make call of duty videos.

The first thing I would do is to get your content on your main page. go to "my channel" click the settings icon then turn"personalize page" or something like that, then go to add selection, and click uploads
 
Pretty interesting channel, but I would brighten up the logo and profile pic a bit. Black and white is a bit...bland. also (as Ive been told many times) you need to have a niche. EVERYBODY has done CoD and other FPS gameplay videos. what makes your channel unique?

The thumbnail for the CoD Remasted one is very basic and plain. Perhaps you could do something more unique and personal, rather than taking a stock picture.

The commentary could have a little bit more life to it. If you're doing a commentary, be more present in the video and make viewers more aware of the content of the game.

On the positive, your video quality is on point! So definitely a great starting point :)
 
Okay thank you very much, I added the section to see my uploaded content when you go on my channel

Yes I can tell I need more life into my commentary, but I figure that will come over time?
