Feedback Desperately Needed for Kickstart Channel

Hello wise folks of YTTalk land,

I've had my YT gaming channel for over a year now. After the first few months, the channel took off, and I was getting subs left and right. However, lately, the channel looks to be in decline. I'm getting only about 1-2 subs per day.

I think the main reason is because I haven't been very active (busy with work and such). There must be more to it than that though.

Would you mind taking a gander at my channel and offer some feedback? The new YouTube features are mind-boggling to me as is, so I'm not quite sure where to start. Do I need a new art? Do my videos need intros? Are my commentaries boring? Any suggestions/comments/criticisms would be greatly appreciated.

1. Your thumbnails are great, looks nice and proffesional
2. Your banner is a little plain and I think could do with some work to match your thumbnails
3. You need to be more consistant with your videos. Preferbly one video a day or a video every 2 days if you can manage it. Consistancy builds subs and views.
4. Use twitter and add people (not too aggresively) this really builds subscribers.

Your Lets Play's are ok, There are alot of lets play so you really need to build up a strong personality to get a dedicated following. Thanks for sharing your channel.
