The more you keep at it, the more views you will get!
I have been at it for over 3 years, and this last year has been the best one for me, both views and personally! So when it gets you down, you will know that it will get better! So Keep on doing it!

Well, started six months ago. Currently @ 112 subscribers in the very supersaturated Yu-Gi-Oh! market. We've monetized @ over 10,000 views and are just 1.5k away from 20,000. Uh, done a few channel swaps with some significantly larger channels (900 sub channel, but still larger.) Oh and we've seen enough success for me to bother starting a second channel. Only 13 subs from that, but we're past our first 300 views at just 3 weeks. It's been nice.
Also learning a lot more about SEO , I've been seeing steadier growth with that. Just looking for that one niche video that puts us over the limit. Oh, and we have our own channel url on the main channel. Is nice!

Not sure if those are big deals, but I'm feeling pretty good right now. Cheers to you, and best of luck mate!

Edit: Also, I noticed you don't upload very frequently. That may be part of the problem. A lack of regular content from even the highest quality videos won't maintain subscriber counts, never the less draw views.

I started posting tips videos for mobile games on my channel a few years ago, just messing around to see what worked and what didn't work. I looked at the videos and just watched how they did, what worked and why it might have worked. I came up with this strategy where I was looking through the app store trying to find multiplayer games that didn't have many people creating YouTube content for them. The reason I went for multiplayer was that I could prove there was an audience for that game.(and I liked MMORPGs) The idea is that I provide value to meet an unfilled demand from a particular audience. The million dollar question in each niche to me is what topics and video ideas have that demand(even if noone knows it exists).

I had a number of video series that didn't really do much of anything but I was able to learn from those to understand why they didn't work. In most cases either a.) the audience was too small(not enough demand), or b.) there was too much competition/saturation on the particular topics and games that I chose. It's not impossible to work with a saturated niche but I had to step down a level and start looking at demand for specific topics that can get my foot in the door. This helped me have a few successful videos on some games that did have some real competition.

Before I started playing Castle Crush I had some videos here and there that would do well but most got 50-100 views on average and 100 views I considered to be successful. The game I was playing before it actually shut down because it was doing so badly. Like literally the game all my active subs were from was closed by the developers after I'd made 34 videos on it and I had no idea what I was going to do. About a year ago I was again looking for games on the app store and I found one that was a very new multiplayer game and had a lot of potential and almost nobody making videos on it. A little over a year later I've been able to pull ~4,500 new subs, ~1.8 million views, and ~6 million watchtime minutes from the content I've created on it. It was kind of lucky in one sense but if I hadn't been actively looking for an opportunity I don't think it would have happened.

I mean I haven't had tons of success but enough to say that you can go from nothing to something very quickly if you catch the right topics to pull an audience in. Like 14 months ago I had less than 1000 subs and most of them were inactive.

I also made a commitment to come up with video ideas that had more potential when I returned after a break 5 months ago and videos I made since then have generated almost 600k views combined. So don't underestimate the importance of the right video ideas and how you present them.

Like everyone else has been saying just keep going, keep uploading the views will come but not if you don't believe in the video. Just keep up consistently uploading and you will see a huge difference. If you really want to share your video in as many ways as possible, instagram, snapchat, facebook, twitter, tumblr, reddit... get your videos out there and you will see a huge difference

I checked your channel out. I seriously think you'd gain more traction if you upped your thumbnail game. The thumbnails you have look like they were designed by a kid in the 80's.
