Featured Content Doesn't Show Up On Uploads

Featured content doesn't show on my uploads after a video which was featured on my channel was removed. Annotations, Cards and Branding are functional but Featured content is not. I have tried changing the settings such as display time and using different browsers and that still doesn't work. It seems as though this problem is exclusive to my YouTube account because when I feature a video on another account is shows up on the video.
 
Do you use cards? The featured content won't display on videos that have cards. #youtubelogic

Are you sure about this because I was able to show cards, annotations, branding and featured content on my videos simultaneously before.
 
Thanks for the help it worked!:) Weirdly I was able to have them both on a video at the same time before the removal.
