Other Featured Channels for MAX GROWTH!

Hello! If this is not forum appropriate then by all means, please remove.

I have been posting for 5 days now on YouTube and I see that the "Featured Channels" section would be a prime tool for channel traffic.

My following is only 4 subs, so I've got at-least 1 sub per day. I guess that's not too bad just starting, but I'm sure more will come. And what a great way to increase those followings and people to see decent content videos than to feature eachother!

I am down for featuring any one of you, and be featured in return. I think it would be a cool little WEB of video creators and a great way to promote eachother for a maximum growth. Shoot me a message on YouTube if you would like to partake with me?

And people I can promote. Like a big promotion spider web! So, if one person likes and subs someone, and they see the featured, they might like those too, or the other way around. It's another way to direct people to content.

Don't take me wrong though, I don't have a secret agenda to get only myself promotion on YT. :P
 
You might want to try and add something else to the deal, i have a feeling that you putting someone on a featured channel list with only 4 subs wont really appeal to people

That would honestly not work, unless you do videos with the people you're featuring. I know this from experience, people rarely click on featured channels unless they think that person is hilarious or whatever they like. Anyways, you're not really promoting anybody, if all you have is 4 subscribers...
 
Idk, it's an idea. I'm not saying only I can use it. I was just looking at it from a viewpoint of directing traffic to channels. Small channels can get bigger, bigger channels can be discovered by more people. What if someone views my channel and thinks I suck, but someone on my featured channels appeals to them better?

Usually if people think your channel sucks, they leave, they don't usually check out your featured channels boxes. Anyways, I'm just telling you now, featuring channels does almost nothing for directing traffic to other YouTubers with your channel size, so it's a pretty one way deal.

Not really foolish, more of inexperienced. It's not really your idea that sucks, it's just how people act mixed with your channel size. When you grow more, go for it, but with only 4 subs the only person getting promotion is you.
