ya that fine..............my channel is reaching about 2 lakhs views, now need to get trained by watching those videos...........is a time consuming for me.

The advice given is sufficient. Right click the clip, choose Speed/Duration and pick how much you want to squish the video. Keep squishing it until you get the right time. Simple.
