Fast Forwarding

I need a software where it fast forward a video.

for example lets say I have recorded a 5 minute video and it should be fast forwarded into 30 seconds or 1 minute.

Is there softwares that attach the fast forwarded video before the normal video?

please list out the best softwares and your experiences on that work.

Sony Vegas can fast forward as it has Velocity envelopes, its really simple to do aswell

OK this is a way to do it,

Select the cut tool and cut your video at the end (where you want the fast forward to stop) and at the beginning (where you want the fast forward to start.

Select the clip you want to fast forward

Right click it and select Speed/Duration.

In the Speed/Duration window, enter a percentage, if you want the clip to be two times faster, set it to 200 percent, etc!

The new time length for the clip will be in the bottom of the speed/duration clip.

Click OK

Drag your front and back clip so they go together
