Fanpages?

I recommend making one right away because, like Michael said, then you don't have to worry about fighting your fans for the URL! Ha ha.

I made mine right away and have been directing people there in one of my videos and in the descriptions of my videos. Growth is really slow (I have 428 subscribers but only 77 Facebook likes), but I figure someday if my channel becomes more popular and I gain a more substantial audience, "fan" participation and such will increase too. :)
 
I think it is a great tool and something you should not wait to get. Getting one ASAP will help your first few loyal fans to connect to you on a much more personal level. If they feel like you care about them they will share your page = more subscribers!
