Fan Finder.. Has the "1,000 sub requirement" been removed?

Hi guys,

So Fan finder previously required 1,000 subscribers right?

Well now this message seems to have gone for me... Is it the same for everyone else?
 
Even with the "1,000 subscriber requirement" before, some channels with less than 1,000 subscribers still had plays on their fan finder videos so it was never really a requirement..

He means for it to actually advertise it. Everyone has the fan finder feature from the moment they start their account since they released the feature. But YouTube required that you had 1000+ subscribers for it to be able to find the right audience.
 
My fan finder ad as has been queued for months with the following message:

"We can't find any matches for your channel right now. We will occasionally try to run your ads."

Although I was able to run it fine as a google adwords ad a few weeks ago.... :unsure:

Fan finder has never required 1000 subscribers. It just takes longer to activate if you have less than 1000 subs because of the limited data pool.
