False Community Guidelines Strike

Have you tried contacting Machinima's support team then? If it even exists.
They told me to contact YouTube which is impossible at this point.

Both organisations have a really bad support, Had like 3 millions views this august, I'm pretty sure i qualify for some "direct" support, I have no idea who to contact, my goal is to get the strikes removed before this tuesday.

EDIT: I do qualify for direct support, just checked, will send them an email now, anyone know when i can expect a reply?
 
As I don't qualify for direct support I have no idea. But I guess it's one or two business days.

after you read "we've determined that your video does violate our Community Guidelines and have upheld our original decision", basically its gg....Youtube wont give you further explanation
