Fallout 3 challenge run

I'm thinking of doing a Fallout 3 Challenge run. And I don't want like the normal harcore one. Like your personal challenges, anything from fists only and naked (please don't do that) to whatever. Also I wanted to know how many of you would watch this rather than a normal run. So yeah i'd love some ideas, later.

Perhaps add a good/bad guy element to it? Like, if there's an option to do something good/bad, you absolutely have to do it.
