I guess so. In some countries it's legal to use copyrighted material for reviews, parodies etc. But if YouTube recognizes your video as copyright violation your video will be banned anyway.
Well I get 3rd parties all the time and win.I think you might just get a 3rd party content match, which means the owners of the content you use will display an ad on your video and get whatever revenue it makes off your video.
Worst case scenario? You'll get a copyright strike but I don't think you will be banned unless you already have copyright strikes.
True, true but I could fight for it back.I guess so. In some countries it's legal to use copyrighted material for reviews, parodies etc. But if YouTube recognizes your video as copyright violation your video will be banned anyway.
^^Even if you are banned you can dispute the claim.
I just get those all the time. I am in America but have won everytime.Sure you can, but YouTube kinda scares you when it says you may contact your lawyer. I haven't try disputing anything and I don't know how this whole thing goes but the last thing I would want is to be sued becouse of some YouTube video.
So my advice to the OP: it's nothing wrong if you use it unless if your video gets banned. In that case make sure you know the exact law, so you can dispute the claim.
