I've Got It
Guys,i am really p****d about this thing

Face Cam Borders,i cannot put link here and it is kinda annoying but if you would search on youtube for "Pewdiepie Bully Part 7" you will find what i am talking about,look at his border of face cam it is black with some stilysh things on corners and middle it looks amazing and i am really wondering how he did them,can someone explain me please?

I got photoshop but i got no idea how to do that

A tutorial or something would be much appreciated

Make a border in photoshop, the part that will be see through make transparent OR a single color like Green or Blue (chroma key), layer on the video, the footage, the facecam and then the border, keying out the green in the border...

I've never done it but I guess that would be a way...
 
Just overlay an image in your video editing software. You can use transparency or just use black like he has.
