The way I do it is record my game in fraps and then use windows movie maker to record webcam, after that is complete I sync the both together, place it where I want and boom. facecam. There are plenty of other programs you can use to record your webcam but movie maker is free, easy to use and relatively low on requirements.

Windows Movie Maker has one for your webcam, you just might need to assign the webcam in the settings!
