Face-cam...Yes or No?

I think it allows the viewer to have a more personal level as others stated, but it is annoying watching most people play games and they just sit there and talk, no emotion. Now, it is also annoying watching people try and be over emotional just to be funny or whatever. Mostly, I do not overlay my webcam, but sometimes I do.
