Exponential Subscriber Growth

Bringing your imagination to life.
Hi there! :D just have a question for you guys! For those with over 1000 subscribers, how much would you say you grow a day? Like how many subscribers do you gain in one day?
Also, do you remember how many subscribers you grew a day once you hit 1000? :)

Sorry for the random inquisition. I ask because I'm about to hit 1000 (relatively soon) and I know that once you hit that, there's a steady and exponential growth that comes with it.

ummm, I don't think hitting 1,000 subs will increase the rate you gain subs. I don't sub to people because they have over 1k subs, so I don't think it matters at all. I gain about 1 sub a day, so in about a year I'll be able to test the theory of 1,000 out

I'm with him.

I can't imagine why the sub rate will grow exponentially when reaching 1000. It is just a round nice number.

Wouldn't having more subscribers in general improve people finding you on YouTube so therefore grow even just a tiny bit faster. Same with having more videos improves people discovering your content because there's just more of it. I doubt there's a magical hitting 1000 and you double growth but surely there must be a slow upwards curve of how many you gain. For example a brand new channel will gain subscribers slowly and a channel 1000 would gain faster than that and channel with 10000 faster than that. Just what I'd assume is the case.

Generally you would think so. But quality over quantity that's for sure. With higher quality you will off course get more viewers and even exponentially grow.

If you produce subpar stuff, your channel won't grow exponentially but more linear. Even if you have 10k subs...

A lot of you have more subs than I do and I have been on Youtube 8 years and have nearly 2 million views.... So it obviously does not directly relate to how many views or subs you already have or even how old your channel is. You have to make stuff people want to keep coming back to see in the future. My channel is disorganized so I don't get subs very fast.

I rather have a disorganized channel with very findable videos like yours than an organized channel with 10k subs :) while growing linear.

Yeah obviously quality trumps everything. I wasn't arguing that, just making the point that as you grow your channel with more and more videos, you'll grow faster.

Yeah, the type of channel also relates back to how many subscribers you gain. Different channels work differently. Some have way more views than subscribers and others have way more subscribers than views, my point was just that having more videos and subscribers in general should boost how discover-able you are by the fact that there is just more videos there for people to find and watch.

I produce "SubPar" stuff! HAHAHA...maybe it isnt as funny as it was in my head...too late!
