Ever have a crazy viewer experience?

Nicely handled overall. It took this message for me to realise I'm usually the crazy viewer and maybe I should tone down the enthusiasm for other people's content?! You're not supposed to be as excited for others videos as you are about your own, correct?
 
A woman follow us from our home to half the way to our kids school. Than my wife and son accelerated (they were with bicycle) and I took a completely different rout. So Yes - stalkers and psychos are main concern for some channels - especially the one with girls and kids in them. In any way - be always very careful.

PS. There were also requests for high resolution photos etc. but you should ignore all these stuff.
 
I guess this comes with being a gaming Youtuber. I have a bunch of pre-pubescent teens that join all my games all the time, and one older guy.............
 
Your experience seems like something bigger YouTubers would get all time. I think some people use the idea that you connect with anyone on the internet and take it too far. If you search any popular male vlogger on twitter you will see the same kind of girls tweeting as they YouTubers and viners. I think the difference in your situation is you are a small YouTuber so you can't ignore it or it would be rude. When someone has hundreds of thousands or even millions of twitter followers, it is a lot easier to just ignore people. I get that you don't want to be the bad guy, and I hope everything works out.
 
I had a user find my comment on another video and message me about how much they loved me. I was really flattered, and replied 'thanks friend!' and they responded that they were literally crying because I responded.
that was just a few days ago, and I tell you, It made my week haha.

In your situation however, I'm sure she will be okay with you not sharing personal information. You can tell her you're happy to chat, but you have very little free time, and so not to be upset if she doesn't hear from you in a while.
 
Sorry but I don't think theres any room for niceness, aside from letting her know that you are very creeped out. But you should unfollow her.

Once when my channel had like 5 subs a girl actually recognized me...
 
Obsession doesn't respond well to reason. You need to really make yourself clear. Don't be afraid to block this person. If they make threats or try to make you feel guilty, that's not your fault. It does not make you a bad person.
 
Yea the longer you put off blocking or unfollowing her, the worse it's going to get. The person definitely misinterpreted the reason you followed her and probably thinks you're her new best friend or something. If someone started messaging me constantly I'd block them, no matter who they were.
