Elgato HD60 is lagging

Hi, I am using Elgato HD60 .I have dual monitor and when I am playing PS4 game on my monitor I see that the Elgato software is some seconds back capturing and displaying the action in its software. Is it okay ?
And if I select "Best Quality" , I am getting lag in the software video window.
Any solution ?
 
Either your settings are wayyy to high for your pc to process, or to high for your the data to be transferred to the HDD.

But try lower the settings or outline the settings exactly for what you have chosen.. ie bitrate, not overall quality?
